What if your next road trip consisted of your daughter quietly watching Frozen 4 times in a row, your son writing his essay for school, and your spouse catching up on The Bachelorette? Whether your job takes you on the road, or your family needs relief from screaming kids on road trips, cars with Wi-Fi are an excellent choice for many individuals and families. Want to enjoy connectivity for entertainment, school, or work while rolling to your next destination? Here are 10 affordable cars with Wi-Fi available.

General Motors

In partnership with OnStar, General Motors is offering optional 4G LTE in most of their vehicles in the 2015 model year. Subscribers can take advantage of a powerful signal that’s stronger than that of a smartphone, and a Wi-Fi hotspot that does not drain a mobile device’s battery. The hotspot is on when the car is on, and it can support up to 7 devices simultaneously.

The connection covers nearly the entire US and much of Canada. There are a variety of plans available, each containing different features, data amounts, and calling minutes.
